"Overall, Mckeever has done it again."

For those of you who have been viewing this site, you know that I've reviewed Mystique 14. It was great, it just lacked anything to make it stand out. So when I picked it up at my local comic book store, I was quite hopeful. Would the book improve?

Mystique has just escaped Dermafree's corporate headquarters. With the knowledge she needs, Mystique heads towards Dermafree's laboratory in Austria. However, Dermafree knows that Mystique will arrive and is preparing her a warm welcome.

Mckeever, once again, shows the reader believable characters that jump out of the page. García's artwork translates the action on the panels very well. The only thing, like last time that is missing is some polish. However, Mckeever adds more to the story and is preparing the reader for what will happen next.

Overall, Mckeever has done it again. The action packed comic that is Mystique is shaping up quite well. With García's pencils, this may be a book that should be in your stack by year's end at the rate it is going. This comic receives 4.5* out of 5*
